After posting my pics, I now understand why everyone's pics are always so small. The image function for this site is terrible.

I thought it was supposed to post thumbnails just like it does. The larger pictures you see are hosted somewhere else. That saves space on the server the site runs on. Most everyone I post to is like that so it is really no different here.

Nice deer photos, led and muledeer.

We put out a couple cams on Wednesday afternoon.

I did a lot of mowing on Sunday afternoon/evening to prepare for that. Pushmowed literally hundreds of yards on our roads and foot paths. Wanted to be able to use foot travel without making so much noise. Or step in a damn hole at zero dark early.

Hunt in Simpsonville area. Almost all nightime pictures, and no big boys showing uo. Just does and small bucks. Maybe they'll be back next week.

We had this big bastard on camera last year, too. He's got a sounder of at least twelve with him, including sows that aren't much smaller.

That's great news. Glad to hear she's coming along. I hope she enjoys the process, as my bride did.

I'm not quite ready. Gonna move a stand and hang a couple bow-ladders Sunday morning.

Are you ready to hunt there at Hampton?

He does indeed. And I need a westerly wind or I'll never get the chance. He and his crew come both north and south around my site, but an easterly wind bones me.

Getting there. I have a few ladder stands I need to toss up. I am going to have some back surgery soon so I am trying to get the daughter a deer first and hope to be hunting by October again.
