    needed something for paddle in places that was big enough to take my little girl but small enough to handle by myself. Its 13 foot. Me and the little girl are gonna try it out on some pond bream this weekend hopefully

    My brother has one - you'll love it! He built two PVC tubes that mount on the top and go across to stabilize it (it made it easier when his boys were younger)...

    yours the flat back one? If I like this one I may invest in the flat back with a little 4hp on the back. Ive paddled a lot of canoes in my life, but this is the first one ive actually owned

    No. Mine is a Rogue River. A little wider than I really wanted for one man use though. May get one your size to use by myself.

    its a tad heavy but you can throw it on your shoulder and walk with it. I had to watch the portage technique on youtube though. I felt like a wuss when I tried without their technique lol

    Yeah, I have a ladder rack on my truck for hauling mine, and sometimes it can be a chore getting the Canoe up on it. In the yard I just hoist the Canoe up on my game hoist and then drive the truck under it to load up...
