Default How best to waterproof a nylon hunting blind ?

I borrowed my son's dome type nylon hunting blind I have in the woods behind my house. I leave it there throughout the hunting season. I noticed after a rain, my seat inside puddles with water indicating rain is leaking thru. Is there a product one would recommend such as a spray to waterproof this blind ?

Go to academy or someplace like and buy the water proofing tent sprays. That should do it.

Can I use it on my Hunting Boots? Does it have a loud smell?

There is some made for boots, it may be the exact same thing. You can find it in the shoe department at Walmart or Academy

Smells bad when you spray on. Scent free once dried and cured.

I would leave what I sprayed in direct sunlight for a few hours after drying.

I painted my old dog house blind after if faded out. It was so stiff, it was hard to fold back up and store in it's carrying sack. but it was water proof.
