    Default Venison Burgers with Cheese

    I use half a white onion finely sliced with 2 fresh minced garlic cloves and half a green bell pepper sliced finely. I also use one cup of mushrooms finely chopped. I use one pound of ground venison and three slices of bacon chopped. Mix everything together with salt, cracked black pepper and a little season salt. I use the cheese wedges that come prepackaged in a small circle. I take the ground mixed together and flatten it out in my palm. I usually use enough to cover my palm up to my middle finger. Throw the cheese wedge in there and roll the pattie like a meatball. Not too tight on making the pattie. Cook to your preferred temp. I like mine around medium well and I ain't died yet.

    Darn Ted I am going to have to copy all these recipes down. You are quiet the chef. They all sound good.

    Thank you sir. I greatly appreciate it. I really enjoy the hunt and try to find different ways to cook/appreciate the animal that's harvested. I hope you get to try the recipe and enjoy it.
