    Default Question about one rule

Does a compound bow count as a firearm? I have one I'm wanting to sell, but don't want to break the rules. Also, I joined this forum almost 9 years ago, but moved to Indiana for 5 years. Now I'm back in SC and am hoping to be active here again. Thanks in advance for your help.

Thanks. It may seem like a stupid question, but I only asked because I was trying to sell it on Facebook and they said it violated their policies on selling firearms. I appealed it and haven't heard back yet. How do I know when I reach 50 posts?

I had a spring from a .45 ACP I listed on Craig’s List. It violated their policy because it was a part to a firearm. A FRIGIN SPRING!!!! What a bunch of idiots.

the city I use to live in considered a bow a firearm. I was not allowed to practice in my own yard bc they considered it discharging a weapon... needless to say I now live in the county and not within the city.

So, does the 50 post minimum apply to all items wanting to be sold, or just to firearms?

here is the rule...and you can find it in the header over the For Sale section (Our Trading Post):

WHEN YOUR ITEM SELLS PLEASE DELETE IT AND THANKS. IF FOR SOME REASON YOU CAN'T DELETE IT JUST POST THAT YOUR ITEM HAS SOLD. SCODN'S SITE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ITEMS THAT ARE LISTED OR SOLD IN THE CLASSIFIEDS. NO BUSINESS'S ARE TO ADVERTISE IN THIS SECTION IF YOU ARE NOT A SPONSOR OF THE SITE. PLEASE DO NOT POST IN THE CLASSIFIEDS UNLESS YOU HAVE AT LEAST 10 PREVIOUS POST. 50 Previous Post TO POST IN FIRE-ARMS SECTION. TOO MANY ONE TIMERS AND THEN LEAVE. THEY WILL BE DELETED IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE PROPER POST COUNT. THANKS

hope that will clear it up for you...and welcome back
